Adding the OASIS+ Amendment 6 SF30

This overview explains how to upload an SF30 to Symphony for the GSA OASIS+ Amendment 6 request.

Timeline

On April 22, 2024, GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC) released Amendment 0006 in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Case 2020-11, as prescribed in FAR 4.2306(c), and to incorporate solicitation changes to update additional information in all six OASIS+ solicitations (See OASIS+ Post-Closing Amendment 0006)

Offerors must take the following actions to respond to the amendment:

Review the amendment, and comply with the provision at FAR 52.204-29 and the clause at 52.204-30.
Review the updates made to the solicitation document.
Submit the signed amendment through theOASIS+ Submission Portal (OSP) no later than 4:00 PM ET on May 15, 2024.

1. Go to My Company

After logging in, users see the Dashboard.

Click “My Company” on the menu bar at the top right of the screen.
Then click “Business Factors” from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Scroll down through the Business Factors to the “Other Documents” section (See Figure 1).

2. Upload the SF30 for Amendment 6

Click the link to the Amendment 6 SF30 for the desired solicitation, for example, “Amendment 6 SF30 – OASIS Plus Total Small Business” and an upload window opens (See Figure 2).

Only one SF30 is required to be uploaded for each solicitation.
Certify the claim(s) by checking the box and press save (See Figure 3).

Rules

Symphony prevents changes to the original submission.
Symphony enforces the Amendment requirements provided by OASIS+.
Symphony stores the SF30(s) in the Document Library.
Notify oasisplus@gsa.gov if the deadline passes before the form is uploaded.
