Please follow these instructions to successfully update your Profile Information in Symphony. Please reference How to Access Symphony for more information on the available contract vehicles.

  • You cannot update your email address in your profile information. An email change requires registering a new user account.

Update Your Profile after Login

  1. Go to the Profile Icon. All users can sign out or update their profile information from the top-right icon.
  2. View the My Information tab. Organizational Information is listed first. 
  3. Update your Personal Information. 
    • The Contract Manager and Program Manager for your company need accurate contact information. 
    • For Contract Management tasks, a phone number and job title must be added to your user profile.
  4. Save your Contact Information. The button is enabled after changes are made. 

 If your name is incorrect, please contact us. 

On the My Credentials tab, you can change your password and view a reminder of the requirements. You can also add or update an authenticator app by scanning the QR code for your login. This option is useful if you know that you are going to lose access to your previous method. Please reference the MFA FAQ for more information.
