To receive text messages from Symphony, follow these steps during registering:
- Select the SMS option during the MFA setup
- Enter the wireless carrier
- Enter the wireless phone number
- Enter the six-digit code received via text
- Click Authenticate
Troubleshooting Text Message Delivery
Users with international phone numbers must use an authenticator app. (See Smartphone Apps for MFA or MFA Browser Extensions). If a text message takes more than 5 minutes to arrive during login, it will expire (see Figure 1).
Updating MFA Text Messages To change or update MFA text message settings, submit a ticket with the following information (see Figure 2):
